Finding Claviger’s Estate Key in Avowed: A Guide

As you venture through the expansive world of Avowed, you’ll encounter numerous hidden areas that can be accessed through various methods. Some require a simple lockpick, while others might necessitate breaking through barriers or finding a key by following a designated route.

One hidden area can be found within Claviger Edmund’s Estate, a location you’ll visit during the main storyline of Dawnshore. To enter this area, you’ll need the Claviger’s Estate Key, which is relatively easy to locate but can also be overlooked if you’re not careful.

Where to Find Claviger’s Estate Key

Upon entering Claviger Edmund’s Estate, you’ll notice a staircase on the upper right and another staircase that leads outside to a separate door on the left. To collect Claviger’s Estate Key, head up the stairs on the left and go through the upper door.

After passing through the doorway, look for a ladder that leads up. Once you’ve climbed it, follow the side of the building and take a left to find another door ahead. Position yourself at the edge of the platform, then jump onto the balcony with the door, where you’ll discover the key hanging on the wall to your left.

Before leaving Claviger’s Estate with the key, be sure to check for another staircase in the room where you found it. Climbing these stairs is worthwhile, as you might discover a unique item there and also find the Cistern Key, making progress in the quest easier.

After obtaining the Claviger’s Estate Key, you can easily unlock the door next to where the key was located and continue with the main quest.
