Infinity Nikki: Skills and Insights Overview

Infinity Nikki combines numerous gaming elements in a stylish package. As you explore the enchanting land of Miraland, you will develop a set of five unique skills known as Insights.

As you enhance each Insight, you will earn various rewards in the Heart of Infinity for your efforts. These rewards may include sketches, new abilities, and much more. With diligent skill-building and the help of the adorable Fufus, you’ll be skilled in no time!

Upgrading Your Skills

To upgrade your skills in Infinity Nikki, you need a specific number of Insight points, Whimstars, and Bling, along with following a sequential upgrade path—no shortcuts allowed! Don’t forget to frequently visit the Fufus in the Realm of Nourishment to trade your loot for skill points!

Daily Skill Limit

Each Insight has a daily collection limit. After reaching this cap, you can still gather items in that category, but you won’t earn any additional Insight points until the next day, which resets in the early morning hours (EST).

Insight: Collection

Overview of Collection Insight

The Collection Insight is the first skill you’ll encounter in Infinity Nikki, and it’s arguably the simplest to develop. You’ll find sparkling objects on the ground in grassy areas and along paths, often consisting of flowers or plant materials.

Many of your sketches will require these plants, so make sure to wander through grasslands and meadows throughout Miraland to boost your Collection Insight. The more you explore wooded areas, the better your chances to enhance this skill.

Your items collected through Collection Insight are logged in your inventory, showcasing plants, flowers, and other miscellaneous loot.

Insight: Bug Catching

Overview of Bug Catching Insight

You’ll encounter a variety of bugs and critters throughout the grassy areas of Miraland. If you have your bug net ready, look for the bug icon that indicates an insect is within your catching range.

The lavender fields of Stoneville are a fantastic location to hone your Bug Catching Insight. Bugs often hover around flowers and plants; approach fast-moving ones by dashing and swinging your net, or sneak up on the more skittish critters.

Insight: Fishing

Overview of Fishing Insight

Fishing in Infinity Nikki is straightforward. As you explore the waters of Miraland, make sure to check every fishing spot since each area hosts unique fish species.

The fishing mini-game is simple: cast your line where you see fish and wait for a bite. Once you feel a tug, pull in the line in the opposite direction of the fish. Repeatedly tap the action button to reel it in before it regains its strength.

Insight: Animal Grooming

Overview of Animal Grooming Insight

Once you reach Florawish, you’ll unlock the Animal Grooming outfit through a quest where you help children tie their wishes to the Great Wishtree. With this outfit, you can brush animals throughout Miraland.

Diverse animals such as dogs, cats, and sheep can be groomed in town or near farms. Approach them softly to avoid scaring them away, especially the timid ones.

Insight: Combat

Overview of Combat Insight

While exploring Miraland, you’ll automatically switch to the Purification Outfit when you engage in battle with the Esselings. Using your Purification Ability allows you to cleanse them of their dark energy, but be cautious—the Esselings will fight back, and Nikki can take damage.

Various Esseling strongholds are scattered throughout Miraland, particularly in Breezy Meadow. Explore these ruins to improve your Combat Insight.
