How to Unlock Feats
Feats are special skills that you can unlock by completing different quest branches over time. You only have four feat slots, and you’ll know it’s time to unlock a new one when you see a notification in your quest menu.
Open the menu and hover over the golden quest icon. Here, you can talk with the voices in your head about the quest that triggered the opportunity to unlock a feat.
Next, you’ll choose between a couple of unique feats. You can ask questions to better understand each feat’s benefits, which include flavor text and technical details.
Once you accept a feat, the dialogue will close, and the new ability will be active right away.
You can choose to remove a feat later by revisiting the same quest icon. Removing a feat will deactivate its passive benefits until you re-add it after resting. Be careful not to remove feats before big battles unless you plan to reselect them later.
The passive benefits gained from feats are very valuable, especially when your stats are optimized. If you’re unsure about which feats to pick, you can wait and think it over. Save your game before making a final decision, then reload if you need more time to decide.
