After waiting for many months since the summer-themed Flamefete Festival, the Monster Hunter Wilds Festival of Accord: Dreamspell is finally here. It offers many free cosmetics and Halloween-themed gear for players to collect. However, like previous seasonal events, some of the rewards can only be earned once a year during this time. It’s important to know what to farm now before the festival ends.
In addition to the special quests during the Dreamspell Festival, Monster Hunter Wilds is also bringing back all past event quests from previous updates for a limited time. This gives players a chance to catch up and get limited rewards they might have missed. Although these quests won’t unlock season-specific armor sets linked to old event tickets, there is still plenty of gear to collect after the launch.
### How to Get Dreamspell Tickets in Monster Hunter Wilds
The key resource during the Dreamspell Festival is the Dreamspell Tickets, which you can earn daily. Besides temporary limited-edition quests, the main way to get these tickets is through your daily login bonuses and bounties. Since the number of tickets you can claim is limited each day, it’s smart to start farming early to gather enough tickets for crafting all the gear before the festival ends on November 11.
You can also earn Dreamspell Vouchers during the festival. These vouchers let you get buffs like Insurance Meal, Medic Meal, and Break-Time Meal from the Gathering Hub Cantina.
After completing several days of missions, it’s recommended to invest in at least four pieces of either Dreamwalker Armor Set variation. Similar to the Blossomdance Festival, wearing 2-4 pieces of this armor grants the Dreamspell Boon I–II skill, which increases your chances of getting extra Dreamspell Tickets and other limited rewards when you finish a hunt.
### New Items During the Dreamspell Festival
The festival introduces two new armor sets: the Dreamwalker outfits for both male and female characters, plus matching Meowrionette Palico outfits and weapons. These are craftable using Dreamspell Tickets, which can only be earned during the festival.
The second armor set is the Harvest Armor Sets, which you unlock by completing the “Hirabami Harvest” event quest. Beyond the hunter armor, there’s also a Palico set inspired by the Felyne Ghost outfit from earlier games, with some updates.
In addition, smaller armor pieces and accessories are available, including sunglasses (Aviator Shades and Kitten frames). You can also craft helmets and armor pieces like the Gelidron Helmet and Chesteplate, which can be worn separately or together for different looks. These require gathering specific materials, including Dreamspell Catalogs and Hunter Symbols, which can be farmed by completing the “That Won’t Faze Me!” event quest.
Overall, three new event quests offer a chance to earn the gear listed above and revisit all previous events from the past nine months.

You can view all ongoing events and their rewards on the official Monster Hunter website.
### Paid and Free Cosmetics in the Dreamspell Festival
Capcom offers a variety of paid cosmetics, which can be purchased individually for around $31.88 or as a bundle for $14.99. During the festival, NPC outfits are available for free, but this access ends once the event concludes unless you buy the DLC.
The paid cosmetic pack includes items like Poltercat pendants in different colors, stickers, gestures, and NPC outfits with special effects—Erik’s has floating butterflies, and Alma’s features a glowing cape with a friendly spirit. You need to buy the DLC separately if you want to own these cosmetics; owning the Cosmetic DLC pass alone doesn’t grant free access.
Fortunately, even if you don’t purchase cosmetics, there are plenty of free rewards just for logging in during the festival. These include special profile backgrounds, titles, decorations, and even a cute Dreamspell Felyne Teddy.
Even if the festival doesn’t bring back all players, these rewards are a great reason to log in, especially as excitement builds for the upcoming release of the Elder Dragon Gogmazios in Title Update 3.
Enjoy the festival, and happy hunting!
