Locations of the Avowed Totem of Rightful Rulership Pieces
After accepting this quest from Sanza’s Emporium in Paradis’s Hightown district, your mission is to hunt down seven pieces of the Totem of Rightful Rulership dispersed throughout Dawnshore. Once you retrieve the core, head back to the Totem stand at the Avowed Party Camp. Place any additional pieces you find as soon as possible to enjoy the buffs they provide, which are outlined below.

The Broken Crown Jewel
"This golden crown’s stolen gem can be found in the emporium."
The crown jewel is straightforward to acquire since it’s located in the emporium where you accepted the quest. Facing the entrance to Sanza’s shop, go through the large wooden door to your left. The jewel rests on a desk directly ahead.
The Golden Scale of Order
"In Dwarven halls ‘neath mountain shroud, the Strangler’s justice can still be found."
Head to the Overgrown Expanse Party Camp in the northwest corner of Dawnshore, then proceed east across the bridge by the waterfall. Follow the path to a ruined wall with explosive barrels nearby. Blow up the barrels to demolish the wall, granting access to Pargrun Castle.
Continue climbing the castle until you encounter several skeletons near the summit and loot the Pargrun Stash. Ascend the wooden scaffolding in that same area, jump across to the other side, and exit through a hole in the wall. Keep climbing up the cliff to find a bird nest containing the Golden Scale of Order.
The Golden Scale of Justice
"Overlooking booths where goods are sold, this balcony leads to order’s hold."
In Paradis, ascend the steps leading into Hightown and look eastward. You’ll spot a balcony overlooking the market, which you can reach by jumping onto a garden patch and running along the wall. Head inside, turn left through the cobwebs, and drop down into the lower room to defeat the Phantoms. The Golden Scale of Justice is located next to a collapsed bookshelf.
The Golden Plaque of Oaths
"Below death’s grip so icy and cold, await ancient oaths cast in gold."
Visit Usher’s Hand on the eastern edge of Paradis and jump into the small pool inside the cave. Swim to the end, surface, and you’ll discover the Golden Plaque of Oaths in a dungeon-like space. Alternatively, applying frost damage can break the rusted metal grate that conceals the Totem piece.
The Golden Plaque of Promises
"Beneath an amethyst light on high, this shining plaque draws sailors’ eyes."
Head to the lighthouse at the southwestern tip of Dawnshore and climb upward. About halfway, you’ll notice a section of the wall on your right that has collapsed, revealing steps leading down where you can find the Golden Plaque of Promises.
The Golden Flames
"Atop the isle of wicked outlaws, flicker golden flames of glorious cause."
This piece is easily gathered during the Precious Light side quest. Travel to Castol’s Folly in the southeast corner of the Dawnshore map and follow the paths leading to higher elevations. Eventually, you’ll reach a ruined tower with a fire in front. To the left, there’s a path around the cliff that will take you directly to the Golden Flames.

Each fragment of the Totem of Rightful Rulership, aside from the core, offers a significant enhancement, making this Totem incredibly beneficial overall.
