Antonblast‘s Mad Mall level offers a more flexible experience than others. Right from the start, you’ll come across a room with a vault and four pathways leading to various detonating plungers. You have the freedom to tackle these paths in any sequence you prefer. However, there’s a catch—you’ll be racing against the clock!
To ease your nerves, we’ll provide you with directions to each collectible and all the essential tips to beat that timer consistently. This stage can be hectic if you’re unsure of what to do, but with this guide, you’ll feel more confident.
Where to Find the Mad Mall Collectible
On the yellow path at the top left, you’ll need to do some platforming before you reach a minigame where you shoot at green cutouts while avoiding red ones. As soon as you move onto the next screen after the shooting gallery, look for a hidden upward path. Just execute a spinning jump to uncover it, enter the door, and you’ll find the collectible right above you.
Where to Find the Mad Mall Cassette Tape
In the red section of the level (located at the bottom right), you’ll navigate through a hallway filled with security cameras. Instead of heading right to grab a key to unlock the barricade, roll left to access a hidden area. Once there, unlock the three gates on your left to open a door and snag the Cassette Tape.
If you’re wondering how to get the keys over the hump in the center of the stage, simply slide into them. This will ensure they launch at the correct angle.
Where to Find the Mad Mall Spray Paint Can
Upon entering the first screen of the blue path (at the bottom left), you’ll be tasked with taking out four Trash Goblins. Once you defeat all four, a door in the center of the room will open. Climb up the left side until you spot a ladder, break through the wall to reach it, descend the ladder, and jump into the dumpster at the end of the path. Be ready for enemies flying toward you from the right. Use a Spinning Clutch attack (jump + clutch) to navigate between them and collect the Paint Can on the far side of the room.
