All Sacred Flame Puzzle Solutions
There are three puzzles in total.
The Sacred Flame puzzle is located in a room right after you first arrive at Fury Green. To complete it, you need to solve three elemental puzzles: fire, ice, and electric. As you move through the game, you’ll collect each element, so remember to return to this room after picking up each new upgrade.
How to Solve the Fire Puzzle
This puzzle is straightforward and can be done as soon as you find the room. Once inside, use your psychic powers to turn the ring so you can see the braziers (fire pits) through it. Then, shoot your fire weapon through each brazier to light it up. Repeat this for all braziers to complete the puzzle.
How to Solve the Ice Puzzle
To access the ice room (on your left as you face the statue upon entering), you’ll need the ice weapon upgrade, which unlocks the door. Inside, you’ll need to freeze the platforms and use a psychic orb near the pillars to raise geysers. Jump from the first platform to the second, then to the central pillar to reach the reward, which also clears this puzzle. When finished, head back to the Sacred Flame room.
How to Solve the Electric Puzzle
This final puzzle is the easiest. Enter the room and look up to find psychic ridges to grab. Adjust all three chandeliers so their electric tips match the level with the central pod. When aligned, shoot them with your electrical weapon to open the pod and claim your reward. Completing this puzzle means you’ve done a third of the Sacred Flame challenges.
If this is your last puzzle, congratulations! Head to the main room with the statue to receive your reward.
What You Receive from the Sacred Flame Puzzle
For your efforts, the Sacred Flame statue grants you an Energy Tank, which adds an extra health bar. This might not seem like much, but you’ll need it to fully complete the game. An Energy Tank is especially useful later on when enemies become tougher, and it will help you during some intense boss fights near the end.
