Puzzles are an important part of the magical world in Hogwarts Legacy. One of the most challenging puzzles can be found in the secret area called the Hall of Herodiana inside Hogwarts Castle. How to Solve the Second Hall of Herodiana Puzzle
For the second challenge, you will need both Depulso and Accio spells. First, use Accio to connect the blocks on the right wall to the single block on your left. This groups the blocks together so you can move them in sets.
Next, use Depulso to push the three blocks forward until they line up along the edge of the puzzle area, making it possible to climb onto the platform above. You’ll be happy to know there are no enemies in these puzzles, so you can focus on solving them without fighting.
After climbing the blocks, open the nearby chest to find another piece of gear. Then prepare for the third and final puzzle.
How to Solve the Third Hall of Herodiana Puzzle
This last challenge is the hardest, with more blocks to move than the previous rooms combined. You’ll need to move all the blocks carefully to reach the reward at the top.
Start by using Accio to pull the ground blocks toward the right wall. Then, push them forward with Depulso until they hit a switch. Next, climb the blocks on your left to get a better angle and use Accio again to drag the blocks from the right wall toward you.
When the path opens, use a Basic Cast (the standard attack you start with) on the switch to reset the room. This will return the blocks to their original positions, but now you can move them to the left wall instead of the right.
Finally, pull the blocks toward you with Accio to create a clear path and platform leading to the top, where your last reward awaits.
What You Get as Rewards
Each puzzle grants you a piece of Herodiana’s full gear set, which is a rare and stylish outfit once worn by her. To complete the Hall of Herodiana quest, open your customization menu and equip all three gear pieces. You can also use the transmog feature to change your appearance while keeping your best gear stats.
Once everything is in place, return to Sophronia Franklin and show her the gear set to complete the quest.
