In the latest update of Cookie Run: Kingdom, titled "The Lost Golden City," Burnt Cheese Cookie made his debut alongside the much-anticipated Golden Cheese Cookie. While Burnt Cheese may not have received as much attention due to the spotlight on the ancient cookie, he remains an excellent addition to any team. In the Kingdom Arena, where you can feature only four cookies with super-epic rarity or higher, Burnt Cheese is a valuable fourth choice. Being an epic cookie, players can quickly collect his soulstones using mileage points, making him easy to level up.
Despite his epic ranking, Burnt Cheese Cookie stands tall against ancient and legendary cookies. Alongside powerful frontliners like Burning Spice and Dark Cacao Cookie, he continues to be a trustworthy pick in competitive settings. If you’re struggling to compete, consider integrating Burnt Cheese Cookie into your team. The choice of toppings and biscuits can significantly enhance his performance—let’s delve into the best options for him.
Optimal Toppings for Burnt Cheese Cookie
When Burnt Cheese Cookie activates his skill, he brings forth massive boulders that inflict damage on nearby foes and amplify the damage from earth-type critical hits for his entire team. Additionally, these boulders explode, causing further area damage and stunning opponents. Burnt Cheese also provides curse protection for himself and the ally with the highest attack stat.
Burnt Cheese Cookie’s partnership with Golden Cheese Cookie places them among the top team combinations in Cookie Run: Kingdom. Not only does he enhance the performance of earth-type cookies, but when fighting alongside Golden Cheese, both cookies’ damage resistance stats improve. Furthermore, when Golden Cheese retreats to her Sarcophagus, Burnt Cheese experiences a temporary boost in attack speed and damage output, along with a reset of his cooldown. To maximize his survivability as a lower-rarity frontliner, equipping almond toppings is highly recommended.
Burnt Cheese Cookie is optimal with Radiant Almonds, but Solid Almonds can suffice if you’re short on the former. While it might be tempting to use chocolate toppings to reduce his cooldown, he genuinely requires the additional damage resistance to withstand the stronger ancient, legendary, and beast cookies in CRK. That said, having a few cooldown substats could be beneficial. While his earth-type critical hit bonus is impressive, he automatically gains various buffs just by teaming up with Golden Cheese Cookie, requiring no further effort on your part. For best results, it’s wise to pair him with Golden Cheese, who features in many standard arena compositions.
Ideal Biscuits for Burnt Cheese Cookie
As a charge cookie, Burnt Cheese Cookie thrives when using a Legendary Chewy Biscuit. Given that he is an earth-type cookie, the earthen variant is particularly effective. I often utilize this type, but if you prefer more damage resistance, a non-elemental biscuit can provide an extra stat slot for boosting this attribute further. Regardless, ensure that the rest of his biscuit focuses on enhancing damage resistance.
If you’ve managed to significantly increase his damage resistance, you might consider a slight boost to cooldown in your custom setup. However, sticking with the emphasized stats is generally the safer route. Despite only holding epic rarity, I’ve noticed considerable improvements in my arena team since adding Burnt Cheese Cookie. If you find it difficult to contend with potent rivals such as Shadow Milk Cookie, incorporating Burnt Cheese Cookie into your Cookie Run: Kingdom lineup could be a game changer.
