Marvel Mystic Mayhem puts you in control of assembling a team of superheroes to combat Nightmare, a mysterious villain who’s brought creatures from another dimension into our world. To succeed, you’ll need to summon heroes from all over the Marvel universe.
Marvel Mystic Mayhem is a gacha-style game, but there’s no need to spend money to enjoy it. If you prefer not to make in-game purchases, you might want to reroll your summons for a better start. Here’s how you can do that.
How To Reroll
Unlike some other newer gacha games, Marvel Mystic Mayhem doesn’t make rerolling very straightforward. First, you’ll have to locate the summoning banners. To access them, tap on the events tab located on the left side of the screen, just below your name and level. Then, select the Path of Legends option and press ‘Go’ to view the banners.
To reroll, you’ll essentially be replaying the initial parts of the game multiple times; there’s no easier way around this. You’ll unlock summoning at Team Level 8, where you should gather 15 Shadow Keys and 850 Dreamgems, enough for 20 total summons. Be sure to claim your Shadow Keys from the mailbox.
Shadow Keys are used on the standard Legends Assemble Banner, while Great Keys are for the limited-time banner. Right now, this is Forge the Future, which features Iron Man.
We suggest using your 15 Shadow Keys on the standard banner and then trading your Dreamgems for Great Keys to use on the Forge the Future banner.
Before starting the rerolling process, make sure to only play on a Guest account. Avoid linking your account to any services like Apple or Google until you’re happy with your reroll outcomes.
After completing the tutorial and reaching Team Level 8, use all your summoning resources. If the results aren’t what you hoped for, return to the title screen and press the icon that looks like a head. Here, you can delete your account and return to the beginning of the game to try again.
The entire reroll process takes about 25 minutes if you skip the dialogue. This time will decrease as you repeat the tutorial stages and improve your efficiency.
Who Should You Reroll For?
Marvel Mystic Mayhem features a 3-star rarity tier, where the top characters hold 3 stars. All other characters are rated 2 stars, while the 1-star rating is designated for Highlight cards, which serve as equipment in the game.
If you’re aiming for the best possible start, consider rerolling for Thor on the standard banner and Iron Man on the time-limited banner. If you’re struggling to find these characters, you can also look for powerful 3-star heroes like Scarlet Witch, Emma Frost, and Doctor Strange.
Steer clear of rerolling for Storm, as you can obtain her for free through the 7-Day Missions event.
