Peak is an exciting new co-op game for PC that has players laughing and fumbling their way through challenges. However, its limited co-op capacity has left some players feeling sidelined. It can be frustrating to be the odd one out—especially in a game where fun is meant to be shared.
Fortunately, there’s a solution to include everyone in the fun of stumbling, crawling, and inevitably falling alongside friends. It requires a bit of effort, but don’t worry—we’ll guide you through each step.
If you want to allow more players to join in on the Peak experience, you’ll need to download some third-party software. I had no issues during my installation, but keep in mind that there’s always some risk involved when using this kind of software. Proceed only if you’re comfortable with that possibility.
How to Install the Peak Unlimited Mod
First, download the Thunderstore Mod Manager. After installing it, open the program. Use the “game selection” bar to search for “Peak,” then select it from the options that appear by clicking the “Select Game” button.
You will now see a new screen. Click on the “Select profile” button, then find the “Get Mods” tab on the left side of the screen. Type “Unlimited” in the search bar that appears, click on “Peak_Unlimited by Glarmar,” and start the download.
Next, click on the “Modded” button at the top of the Thunderstore Mod Manager. This will launch Peak with all the mods you just downloaded. You can then invite as many friends as you’d like—no more limits of just four players at a time! The best part? Your friends won’t have to deal with any of the mod setup; only the host needs to complete this process. They can simply join and enjoy the game.
By following this method to download the Unlimited mod, you won’t need to download BepInExPack separately; the Thunderstore Mod Manager will take care of that for you.
