If you’re aiming to get some of the best gear in Path of Exile 2, you’ve probably been enjoying the latest update called The Last of the Druids, released in December 2025.

This update added many exciting features, including a new Druid class with three animal forms, a dungeon builder, and a new boss at the end. It also introduced numerous new unique items like armor, talismans, and more. Here’s a summary of the 11 new unique items introduced with this update.

All Last Of The Druid Unique Items

Most of these items are new talismans that are especially useful for players using the new Druid class. These talismans can be equipped to the left of your staff and allow you to switch between the three animal forms that the class offers. However, there are also various new pieces of gear, such as armor, weapons, and accessories, that any player of any class will find useful.

Since item drops are mostly random in Path of Exile 2 (except for key fights), you can always reset the game instance and try again if you’re not satisfied with your loot.

Key Unique Items in the Update

Below are the details of all 11 unique items added in The Last of the Druids update:

Armor and Accessories:

Atziri’s Splendour Sacrificial Regalia: Dropped after defeating Queen Atziri in the Vaal Ruins, these armor pieces work well with your cursed gems and provide various late-game stat buffs.
Atziri’s Step Cinched Boots: These boots match the armor above and feature a 30% movement speed boost, which is essential gear in Path of Exile 2. They also enhance your maximum health and evasion stats.

Talismans:

Amor Mandragora Changeling Talisman: Converts Rage spent into Druidic Power, boosting physical damage and intelligence. This makes it ideal for the Druid’s werewolf form.
Fury of the King Ashbark Talisman: Improves the bear form by increasing fire-based spell effectiveness, attack speed, and Strength.
Hysseg’s Claw Familial Talisman: Boosts damage dealt by minions, especially beneficial for Witch characters.
The Flesh Poppet Vicious Talisman: Suitable for the Wyvern form of the Druid, this talisman enhances physical damage and attributes, further strengthening your combat capabilities.

Weapons:

Atziri’s Contempt Pronged Spear: Keeps the Spear Throw skill, with added bonuses to elemental damage, attack speed, and range.
Atziri’s Rule Reflecting Staff: Found after the Queen Atziri fight, this staff features the Mirror of Refraction and works with cursed gems across all animal forms.
Drillneck Penetrating Quiver: Guarantees piercing damage with increased max health, attack speed, and crit chance.

Other Items:

Flesh Crucible Diamond: Insert this into your passive skill tree for a new passive bonus.
Lavianga’s Spirits Gargantuan Mana Flask: Automatically applies its effects to regenerate mana continuously, reducing the need for manual drinking.

Additional Information

Items obtained from the Vaal Ruins often have special modifiers, which you can further enhance through corrupting the gear using the game’s Corruption Chambers later in your adventure.
