In Peak, survival goes beyond just reaching new heights; it’s about enduring long enough to keep climbing. With treacherous cliffs and risky jumps, injuries are likely to happen. While camaraderie can help you navigate this enigmatic island, it won’t heal your sprained ankle or boost your morale. That’s where healing becomes vital.
Whether you’re hunting for supplies alone or struggling to keep pace with your team after a nasty tumble, knowing how to heal is crucial. This guide will cover the essential methods to get you back on your feet, allowing you to keep striving for the summit without becoming a warning story for other climbers.
How to Heal
The most common healing methods include finding Medkits or Bandages scattered across the map inside various bags. These supplies can be collected and stored for later use. Simply equip them from your inventory and hold the designated button to begin the healing process.
Alternatively, you can restore your health by gathering Medicinal Roots. These useful items grow naturally around the area and often appear where mushrooms are found. Keep an eye out for them while exploring, as they are excellent options when supplies are low or you’re far from an area rich in resources.
How to Know You Are Hurt
You’ll know it’s time for healing when your stamina bar displays a red overlay accompanied by a red heart icon. This warning indicates an injury and that your maximum stamina has decreased. Healing will restore your health and improve your stamina back to its full capacity.
Always keep track of your health status and take a moment to heal whenever possible.
