One of the most thrilling aspects of playing Palworld is the variety of creatures you can discover. Each Pal you encounter adds something new to the gameplay, whether it’s their appearance, combat abilities, or the function they serve at your base. With each update, the list of Pals keeps expanding, introducing fresh characters into the game.
The latest update, Tides of Terraria, takes this excitement up a notch. It adds not only new Pals but also crossover creatures inspired by Terraria. These new additions feature eye-catching designs and unique behaviors that set them apart from anything you’ve seen before. A highlight among these is the Enchanted Sword Pal, and in this guide, you’ll find out exactly where to track it down.
How to Find the Enchanted Sword Pal
The Enchanted Sword can be found in a specific location: the Terraria Dungeon. This dungeon is nestled within the Sealed Realm of Terraria Isle, east of the Mount Obsidian area.
Once you arrive at the island, step through the portal to reach this uniquely designed dungeon.
Here’s a map highlighting the dungeon’s location:
After entering the dungeon, proceed to the next open room and head to the left. In the subsequent room, take the right path where you will spot a wooden house and a water pool.
Continue past the house, then take the left path until you come across a ledge where you can drop down safely.
Once you’ve dropped down, follow the main path and you’ll soon see some flying swords. These are the Enchanted Swords that you can capture, but they function differently than standard Pals.
Remember to lower their health as much as possible to make capturing them easier.
This Enchanted Sword isn’t just any ordinary Pal; you can think of it more as a weapon. While it possesses level 1 Lumbering, assigning it duties at your base isn’t the best use of its potential unless you enjoy having a floating sword nearby.
It serves as a reliable combat partner, armed with two skills: the partner skill, Enhanced, allows Dark Pals to yield more items upon defeat, while its action skill, Sword Charge, enables it to launch a thrust attack.
The Enchanted Sword can be a strong ally in battle; however, it can still be defeated in combat. If that happens, you can either capture another or return it to the base box to recover.
Like all Pals featured from Terraria, the Enchanted Sword lacks a Palpedia entry.
