Score Challenges
You’ll need scores of 35,000, 70,000, and 120,000, depending on your skill level. These targets are achievable even with basic stats. You can approach this challenge however you like, but here’s a straightforward path to get you started:
Go to the shallow part of the L-shaped bowl near the skaters you need to impress. Grind along the bowl’s edge to build up your special meter. Once you’ve done that, use the shallow bowl like a ramp, perform your special trick (the controls can be found in the pause menu), then revert, do another aerial trick, revert again, and you’ll have enough speed to go up the ramp and pull off one more trick. Revert once more, perform a manual up to the lip of the bowl, and grind.
It’s a good idea to equip a special grind trick and use it during your grind; they generally score high points.
At this stage, you’ll have a multiplier of x8 and should have at least 5,000 points. When you hit the flat part of the grind, jump into another grind using a different trick to raise your multiplier to x9. If you already have 15,000 points, you can stop here. Otherwise, keep grinding until your score is high enough to hit that combo.
Note: There’s a “High Combo 10,000” challenge too. You’ll likely need to complete this goal while working on the score challenges.
Collect S-K-A-T-E
The SKATE letters can be found right near the starting ramp. Do a U-turn from the initial ramp, grind along the fence, and you’ll snag the S. Jump from the snow ramp to the roof to find the K. From there, grind the log on your right to collect the A. After that, jump to the next rail to reach the T, and finally, follow it down to the ramp where the E is floating above.
Nosegrind Around The Horn
To reach the horn, hit the snow ramp in front of the left-side house when you start. Once you’re on the roof, go to the bridge and head left. Then, nosegrind the wire on your right by holding up and pressing the grind button.
Get Chuck Unstuck
From the starting ramp, Chuck is to your left, just behind a wooden fence. He’s stuck with his tongue on a pole. Simply bump into him to set him free.
Bury That Bully!
The bully is underneath a tree directly across from the house to the right of the starting ramp. To bury him under snow, go up the starting ramp and brush against the tree on your right. Make sure to hold up while you launch off the ramp so you propel forward rather than straight up.
Impress The Skaters
You’ll need to impress five skaters in total, found in the skatepark area to the right of your starting point. One skater is by the ramp in the corner, while another is overlooking the bowl on the left. There’s also a skater on the ramp separating the bowl area from the ramp area. In the ramp section, one skater is on a circular ramp, and another is in the far corner.
Obtain The Secret Tape
Start by heading to the ramp near the pier. The best route is to ramp up to the house’s roof and follow the grind on the right until you get to the pier. This path will also help you collect the SKATE letters. Once there, locate the large machine with a switch. Grind the rope next to the machine to activate it and raise the halfpipe on the pier.
Once you flip the switch, you won’t need to do that again. The halfpipe will remain raised.
With the halfpipe up, shoot up the quarter pipe next to it and jump over to the halfpipe. From there, launch up the halfpipe toward the upper bridge (ensure to hold up to gain forward motion). Once on top, hop over the gap, follow the ramp up, and grind the railroad tracks at the top to reach the Secret Tape.
