In Infinity Nikki, you’ll find a variety of four and five-star outfits that come with special bonuses. Each outfit serves a purpose, from offering unique skills that let you interact with your surroundings to adding fun, whimsical features. One standout outfit is the Snowy Ballad ensemble.
This five-star outfit combines frosty elements with a mermaid vibe, giving Nikki the fantastic ability to walk on water—especially useful since she can’t swim traditionally. Here’s how to make the most of this power to help Nikki and Momo navigate deep waters in Miraland effortlessly.
How to Use the Water Walking Ability
After you collect all 11 pieces of the Snowy Ballad ensemble from the Eternal Snow banner, you’ll unlock the Water Walking ability. Simply assign this skill to a slot on your ability wheel and venture into Miraland to find a particularly deep body of water.
Remember how Momo used to fear puddles? Not anymore!
Once you activate the ability, a sidebar will appear beside Nikki, showing how much water she can freeze while moving. When this meter runs out, you can’t continue freezing water.
After activating the ability, just walk onto the water. Any water that’s usually too deep to cross can now be frozen for easy passage.
This ability does not work on waterfalls or water spouts, so you’ll need to use your regular travel methods there.
To extend your distance, you can bring a friend. When you hold hands in co-op mode, the duration of the ability is doubled, allowing you to cross even greater stretches of water.
When you finish using the ability, activate it again to melt the ice and start anew. Keep in mind that there’s a cooldown period, so you may have to wait a bit before freezing more water. Plan ahead!
The ice trail will melt on its own after some time, so you’ll need to work quickly while you can.
