Path of Exile 2: Dawn of the Hunt was launched on April 4, 2025, marking the beginning of the game’s first league by Grinding Gear Games. Locating Rogue Exiles

Rogue Exiles can only be encountered in the endgame, once you’ve completed the campaign and transitioned to maps. You’ll need to progress through Act 1 to Act 3 and then revisit in Cruel Mode to unlock maps.

There isn’t a specific guide for encountering them as they appear randomly while traversing maps. The best way to find Rogue Exiles is to thoroughly explore each corner of a map during the endgame grind and hope to come across them.

Do Rogue Exiles Drop Fixed Items?

Yes, Rogue Exile drops are predetermined, with developers setting specific builds for these characters. They can drop standard Magic Gear or occasionally some very rare Unique items, but there’s no guarantee regarding what you will receive when they spawn.

This concept isn’t new, as Rogue Exiles were also featured in the original Path of Exile, often reflecting the current meta that actual players used.
