For those seeking a tougher challenge, you can also try raiding Vader’s Samurai Solitude point of interest. Located in a remote area of the map, you’ll be met by NPC Stormtroopers and the infamous villain himself. If you manage to defeat him, you’ll receive his exclusive lightsaber.
Additionally, you can snag a lightsaber by eliminating other players and looting their bodies.
Using Lightsabers
Once you’ve added a lightsaber to your inventory, you’ll want to familiarize yourself with its capabilities. Attacking will allow you to execute a stylish combo, easily slicing through opponents. By using the ADS function, you can adopt a defensive stance that blocks incoming blaster shots.
The real fun begins with the force powers you can unleash. If you press the attack button while blocking, you’ll activate one of the most famous force techniques from the series. The blue lightsaber offers a force push, which is great for positioning and defense, while the red lightsaber grants you force lightning, shocking your enemies into submission.
Vader’s lightsaber stands out because there’s only one available per match. Its unique force ability allows you to throw the saber, changing it into a projectile that can damage foes from a distance.
Equipping a lightsaber also enables you to double jump, expanding your movement options.
