Materials Needed for the Lailah Queen Skell
After finishing Chapter 12 of the main storyline, you’ll gain access to seven Skell designs at level 60, which include the Lailah Queen Skell. However, unlike the ones you can buy, the Lailah Queen and similar models require you to gather materials on your own to build them from the ground up.

Once you’ve gathered all the necessary materials, head to the AM Manager in Armory Alley and select Develop New Gear. From there, choose the Skell Frames option, and the Lailah Queen Skell will be the fourth option from the top.
