The key aspect to master in the Promise Mascot Agency is effectively managing jobs. Regardless of where you are in your campaign, it’s crucial to ensure that all your mascots are actively working. This is essential to fulfill your commitments to Shimazu and fend off competitors from rival clans.

Additionally, optimizing your job assignments will help you earn even more money throughout Kaso-Machi, enabling you to upgrade your agency, enhance the town, and much more. If you’re looking to find more opportunities for your mascots or simply want to boost their income, this guide will assist you. Here’s what you need to know.

How to Start Getting Jobs

After completing the initial tutorials in Promise Mascot Agency, you will meet your first mascot, To-Fu, and receive job offers, typically from Endo, who operates near the shopping area in the center of town.

After that, Pinky, your reliable assistant, will let you know if more job opportunities are available across the island with the ‘Ask Pinky’ button.

After sending To-Fu out on his first assignment, you can begin discovering and unlocking additional job opportunities (more details will be provided below).

Access the main menu and navigate to the ‘Jobs’ section to view available jobs, completed assignments, and any tasks currently in progress.

You can also check if there are any incidents related to ongoing jobs that need your attention.

Jobs have several different elements to pay attention to, which can aid in maximizing your mascots’ income.

Job Element

Details

Client

The client is the NPC who provides the job.

Job Name

Each job has a distinct name for organization purposes, especially for jobs at the same location.

Difficulty

Difficulties are indicated by the number of skulls and crossbones displayed below the job description.

Location

Clients can operate in multiple areas around Kaso-Machi, with the job location indicating the client’s service area.

Base Pay

This amount reflects what your mascot will earn, which may fluctuate based on their performance.

Potential Rewards

In addition to base pay, each job can enhance your mascots’ popularity, the agency’s reputation, and their stamina.

Completed

You can see how often you’ve completed a particular job. While you can send the same mascots to repeat jobs, these opportunities will go on cooldown after a few uses.

Mascot Type

Each job specifies a desired mascot type. Although you can send any mascot, using the correct type will enhance performance and may yield extra rewards.

Where to Find Jobs

Once jobs become available, and you can send mascots out to work, it’s important to track job offers, either by checking with Pinky or exploring Kaso-Machi yourself.

Many NPCs and locations will have additional job opportunities for you the more frequently you return, so be sure to revisit locations multiple times.

While you can always discover jobs by driving around, the most effective method is to check in with Pinky. Make it a habit to talk to her regularly for new job openings.

Your agency’s fame level will unlock more jobs. So, engage in side quests, complete jobs, and meet other objectives to keep boosting your fame.
