A little over a month has passed since the Nintendo Switch 2 and Mario Kart World were released. Now, Donkey Kong Bananza is set to arrive on the Switch 2 next week, on July 17.
With the launch date approaching, it seems that some early copies are already out there. So far, there haven’t been any major spoilers. However, it raises the question of how much of a Donkey Kong game there is to spoil. Despite this, some lucky people are trying to cash in on the slim selection of Switch 2 games.
The Buy-Now Price Of Donkey Kong Bananza Is, Well, Bananas
On the Nintendo Switch 2 subreddit, someone shared that they got an early copy of Bananza. They even posted pictures of the game’s cover art. However, they are also trying to sell it.
On eBay, the game is listed at $109.99, and apparently, eight copies have already sold.
If the price seems crazy, the seller is offering FedEx two-day delivery. But since the courier is closed right now, the earliest shipping would be Monday. This means the game could arrive by Wednesday, just a day before its official release. So, you’re looking at paying $109.99 for maybe just 24 hours of early play.
This whole situation is pretty wild. It might be best to hold off on spending your hard-earned cash and wait for the official release.
