Digimon Story: Time Stranger is a classic Japanese role-playing game that offers extensive gameplay, typical of the genre’s length. It’s a long adventure, especially if you aim to collect all 451 Digimon and their cards. Many fans enjoy this because it provides dozens of hours immersed in the game’s captivating world. To make the journey more enjoyable, changing your squad’s costumes can add variety and help break up the repetitive moments. Plus, who wouldn’t want to dress up as a Gatomon?
How to Get Every Costume in Digimon Story: Time Stranger
First, it’s important to note that some costumes are only obtainable through downloadable content (DLC). These include pre-order bonuses, exclusive items included with the Ultimate or Collector’s Editions, and they can also be purchased separately if desired.
Most of the other costumes are earned through gameplay. Luckily, many can be bought from a single location—the costume shop in Shinjuku East. This makes collecting all the costumes a lot easier and less frustrating.
Note: Bandai Namco might add new costumes to the game over time. This list is current as of the first few weeks after launch, but it might become outdated if updates are released.
