Selling Plorts is the main way to earn money in Slime Rancher 2. The most profitable time to sell is right after midnight, when prices change each day. Keep a close watch on which Plorts are trending to get the best prices before selling large amounts.

Pink Plorts are the most common, so they tend to be worth the least. It seems that the value of a Plort drops as you sell more of that type. For example, if Cotton Plorts are high-priced in the morning and you sell many, their price probably decreases the next day. To maximize your profits, it’s best to rotate which Plorts you sell and manage your stock carefully.
