In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, alchemy is an essential skill that allows players to create potent potions. These potions can grant buffs, heal wounds, and serve various other purposes, making alchemy crucial for effective gameplay. Whether it’s bolstering combat skills, regaining health, or concocting poisons, mastering this craft is vital for survival and strategic gameplay.
Unlike weapons and armor, which you can forge with blacksmithing, alchemy demands careful work at an Alchemy Bench. Here, you’ll mix ingredients following specific recipes. Becoming proficient in potion-making can provide a major edge when the right potion at the right moment can change the outcome of a fight or help with tricky quests.
How to Obtain the Moonshine Recipe
There are numerous potions in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, each serving its own purpose—from healing and boosting abilities to more unique concoctions. One such potion is Moonshine, which has a different role than most. While it doesn’t offer any immediate benefits, it will give your character, Henry, a hangover. Nevertheless, Moonshine can still be a great way for players to earn some coins.
You can craft and sell it to make a fair amount of money. However, before you start brewing, you need to get your hands on the Moonshine Recipe. This recipe can be purchased from specific merchants in the game:
- Aranka: Found in the northern section of the Nomads’ Camp, where the game begins.
- Apothecary Emerich: Located in Trosky, specifically in Troskowitz Town.
Once you have the recipe, gather all the required ingredients. You can find these in nature or buy them from alchemy sellers:
