How Health and Stamina Enhancement Works

In Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, health and stamina upgrades depend entirely on books available for purchase in Vatican City. Your first stop should be Valeria, a nun who runs the pharmacy in the city.

Once you meet Valeria, she will assign you the quest "A Remedy for All," allowing you to collect all the medicine bottles hidden around town. Completing this quest grants you a health or stamina upgrade. Additionally, it unlocks further mysteries and quests. It’s essential to gather these medicine bottles and finish the quest before progressing too far in the main storyline, as it might lead you out of Vatican City.

Each health or stamina book requires five Medicine Bottles, with three different levels of upgrades available. The Moxie and Shaping Up books each cost a significant number of Adventure Points, with the first edition of each necessitating 300 points for redemption.
