Assassin’s Creed Shadows: Serenity Path Guide

As is typical in any Assassin’s Creed game, parkour plays a significant role in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. The game features four parkour challenges that will test your skills as you navigate your way to a chest filled with valuable rewards.

One of these challenges is named Path of Serenity. It can be tricky to locate and even more challenging to complete. A guide to this brief quest can be incredibly helpful as you aim to reach the end and claim the treasures hidden within the chest.

How to Begin the Path of Serenity

You won’t tackle the Path of Serenity until later in the game. You need to make your way to the hills south of Yoshino in Yamato. Look for a hillside path with a man at the bottom; that’s where this challenge begins.

Walkthrough

From the map marker, climb the path upwards. Stay to the left and ascend the pole in front of you, using the grapple swing to leap across.

Next, move left and crouch under a broken tree. After crawling through, jump to the left over the gap. Follow the path by walking over the tree and then jumping onto a branch.

Ascend some wooden steps and onto another branch, then jump up and use another grapple swing to cross a gap. Walk across the rope to reach the other side of the valley.

Next, climb the small wooden structure to the top of the cliff and slide through a crevice on the left. Cross over the fallen tree and turn right to perform a double grapple swing past a waterfall. Go up the stairs to your left, jumping over a few gaps and swinging to the left side.

To wrap things up, head up the stairs and take a turn to the right. The chest containing your reward is located in front of you by a large, broken rock.

Rewards

Inside the chest, you will find the Crimson Tanto of Harm, the epic tanto for Naoe, along with some experience points and a Knowledge Point.
