The enemy will keep fighting until players either pressure it enough to make it withdraw or destroy its wings, which are crucial to its flight.

Players have been seen shooting at it using both small guns and rockets. In the footage, only rockets were shown to take the creature down, but it remains unclear if standard weapons can deal enough damage to kill it.

The Dragonroach will be introduced in the upcoming “Into the Unjust” update, which is set to launch on September 2, 2025. This update focuses on the Terminid Hiveworlds, where players will battle bugs underground. However, the Dragonroach will appear in the open above ground, fighting in the wide outdoor areas rather than in the tunnels.
