While Arc Raiders may seem like a typical Extraction Shooter at first, its quest system adds more depth. During your runs, while looting the Topside area and defeating enemies, you can complete various side quests that help advance the story.

After completing the Ridgeline task, head south to Olive Garden, located near the northwest of Ancient Fort, just below the Checkpoint. To find the Comms Terminal, go to the Olive Garden location on the map, then move slightly southwest from that point.
Along your path, you’ll see a structure with a prominent yellow terminal. Approach and interact with it to turn it on and finish this segment of the quest.
Where to Find Raider Structure in Trapper’s Glade
The final step takes you to Trapper’s Glade, on the west side of the Blue Gate map, just below Raider’s Refuge. The Raider Structure is located slightly south of where the Trapper’s Glade is marked on the map.
Climb onto the Raider Structure and select the yellow option to fix its roof. This completes the “A First Foothold” quest, after which you can extract and claim your rewards.
