Fame acts like currency, similar to Denarii, allowing you to buy cosmetic upgrades for your cities. The Hall of Fame is one of the ways to unlock additional features in Anno 117: Pax Romana by spending Fame points earned through gameplay.
You earn Fame by completing Accolades, which are grouped into sections of nine quests, each with a distinct theme. Each Accolade provides between 15 and 50 Fame points, with a total of 90 points awarded when all nine in a section are finished. Some Accolade tasks also count as Achievements, letting you complete both at the same time.
To view your available Accolades and upcoming tasks, tap on your portrait at the top center of the screen. Here’s how the Fame points are distributed across different Accolades:
| Accolade | Total Fame Points |
|---|---|
| Visionary Architect | 290 |
| Efficient Economist | 275 |
| Farsighted Administrator | 290 |
| Tactful Diplomat | 290 |
| Ultimate Victor | 325 |
| Keen Listener | 290 |
| Steadfast Governor | 290 |
| Insightful Sage | 290 |
| Ninefold Annotator | 275 |
| Loyal Roman | 270 |
| Indomitable Celt | 290 |
The sum of all Fame points from these Accolades totals 3,175.
There are two main tiers of Hall of Fame rewards: Latium and Albion. These correspond to the Roman and Celtic factions, respectively, and each tier offers rewards that cost between 15 and 75 Fame points to unlock. You can claim and spend your Fame points by selecting the Hall of Fame option from the main menu or clicking your governor portrait at the top of the screen.
