Digital Phablet – Keith Castillo, a TikToker known as “Wolfy” or “povwolfy,” has ignited controversy across social media after posting a TikTok video in which he hands out machetes and bottles of alcohol to homeless individuals as a stunt to boost his follower count.
The clip titled “Keeping the homeless in the streets” sparked a wave of backlash, with many users criticizing the dangerous nature of the stunt. Concerned viewers pointed out that giving machetes to homeless people could pose a serious threat to innocent bystanders. Collin Rug, a social media user on X (formerly Twitter), described the act as “a disaster waiting to happen.”
Another user on X called for legal action, stating, “Keith Castillo should be prosecuted for this. He’s encouraging violence for profit.”

According to reports, Castillo, also known as “Wolfy,” carried out this stunt in Austin and New Orleans and is planning to visit New York, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles next.
Castillo openly admitted, “Honestly, I really don’t care, bro. It’s all about the clicks and views, you know. We do what we have to do to survive.”
Sources indicate that Castillo even informed the police about his actions beforehand, and authorities reportedly told him that his behavior was not illegal. He further stated that he doesn’t believe the homeless will use the machetes to harm others or himself.
The influencer explained to the New York Post that he purchased the machetes in bulk from Harbor Freight, an online retailer, paying just $5 each.
