In a post on her official Instagram account, the Turkish singer posted two photos displaying blue scars caused by abuse at her husband’s hands. She captioned the images with, “I was beaten by my husband,” tagging the magazine “Son Dakika Magazin.”

The TV actress’s post received over 1,500 reactions, with numerous fans and advocates encouraging her to leave the home and report the incident to authorities. Many urged her to seek help from the police and consider her safety.

Yildiz shared during a televised interview that the altercation stemmed from jealousy, following her disclosure of her desire to divorce. She also confirmed that she had obtained a restraining order against her husband last September due to concerns about his behavior.
