Los Angeles: Hailey Bieber, married to singer-songwriter Justin Bieber, has addressed speculation regarding her recent decision to unfollow her husband on Instagram.
Hailey has responded to the buzz surrounding her social media actions, according to ‘People’ magazine.
Following the temporary deactivation and subsequent reactivation of Justin Bieber’s Instagram account after he went live, Hailey’s profile showed that she had unfollowed him.
As reported by ‘People’, the 28-year-old mother recently commented on a viral TikTok video that has amassed over 1 million views, which displayed a screenshot of her following list that notably excluded her husband’s account.
A source close to the couple has revealed that Hailey and Justin are focused on their relationship and are unconcerned with public opinion.
On March 21, the couple was seen enjoying a meal at Sushi Park in West Hollywood, taking a break from their parenting responsibilities.
Previously, Justin shared insights on the need to remain true to oneself and how altering his behavior to appease others leaves him feeling uneasy.
In a recent Instagram video, the 31-year-old Grammy winner was seen intensely playing music with friends, exuding positive energy. In the accompanying caption, he expressed, “I sometimes despise myself when I feel myself becoming disingenuous. Then I remind myself that we are often led to believe we are insufficient, but I still dislike changing for others.”
In another post earlier that day, the ‘Believe’ singer candidly discussed his struggle with anger, expressing his desire to improve himself. “I deal with anger issues too, but I want to evolve and avoid reacting impulsively,” he stated, along with three uploaded photos: one of him partially hidden by a hoodie, a childhood picture, and a photo of his son, Jack Blues, born in August 2024.
