New documents reveal that musician D4Vd transferred ownership of two properties to his mother, sparking further speculation.
Recently, the rising artist has been making headlines, with social media users questioning whether he might be connected to the tragic death of Celese Rivas Hernandez, whose body was later found inside D4vd’s Tesla and was beginning to decompose. Despite widespread rumors, D4vd has not been formally charged in connection with her demise, and authorities are still investigating how she came to be in his vehicle.
Meanwhile, it appears that D4vd is moving some of his assets while law enforcement continues their inquiry. TMZ obtained new legal filings indicating that the artist recently transferred the titles of two Houston-area homes to his mother. These deed changes occurred on September 18 and 22. As previously reported, on September 18, LAPD executed a search warrant at the rental house in Los Angeles where D4vd was staying.
On that day, an anonymous caller used voice-disguise technology to falsely report that a woman had been stabbed and found dead inside one of the properties, although no such incident occurred. D4vd’s parents confirmed to authorities that his younger brothers were upstairs and that there was no emergency present at the scene.
Social media users have since generated their own theories about what may have transpired. Many questions have arisen regarding D4vd’s alleged links to the case, especially with the timeline of recent ownership changes raising additional concerns.
Furthermore, it seems that D4vd’s family was already living in at least one of the homes, indicating that the deed transfer was more about changing the legal owner rather than relocating. The timing of these changes has fueled online speculation about whether there is a deeper connection.
D4vd’s manager, Josh Marshall, addressed reports of their involvement, dismissing them. In a comment on a TikTok video discussing the situation, Marshall clarified that he was unaware of Rivas’s death or disappearance beforehand. He explained that he works remotely and does not see the artist daily, adding that neither he nor anyone on the team had been informed about any ongoing issues involving the Tesla.
Marshall also urged the public to avoid spreading conspiracy theories, emphasizing the emotional toll this case has taken on Rivas’s family and those close to D4vd.
The ongoing investigations and the recent property transfers continue to intrigue fans and the broader public, prompting a mix of concern and curiosity as authorities work to uncover the full story.
