Google has introduced a new section within the Google Business Profiles called Place Page Attributes. This feature allows business owners to display specific attributes on their profiles, providing potential customers with more detailed information about the business. These attributes may be visible across Google Search, Maps, and other Google services.
Additionally, there’s an option to select a primary chat method, which includes options like Facebook Messenger, KakaoTalk, LINE, text messaging, and WhatsApp.
This update was observed by Shoichi Hasegawa, who shared on X that Japanese users can now register any of these chat options as their available contact method. While the feature appears to be relatively new, it’s already showing up for some users.
