Mueller emphasized the importance of writing with the spirit of a living, breathing blog, noting the common formula: posts over 1,500 words, multiple internal links, strategic subheaders, and often, a handy infographic. Despite these tips, he dismisses much of that SEO-focused content as “digital mulch,” emphasizing that creating content purely for search engines is unsustainable.
