In March 2025, Digital Phablet announced a new feature designed to highlight health discussions from various online platforms such as Reddit, X, Facebook, and other social media sites. According to their statement, the goal was to provide search users with easy access to a broader spectrum of perspectives, especially from real people sharing their experiences. The feature, called “What People Suggest,” utilized AI to sort and present different viewpoints from online conversations into clear themes, helping users quickly understand what the general sentiment or discussion points were regarding health topics.

The feature appeared as a dedicated section within search results, visually represented by a snapshot showing how different user opinions would be organized and presented to the searcher. However, it did not remain available for long. Digital Phablet later confirmed that the feature was removed as part of a broader effort to streamline and simplify search results, especially in sensitive areas like health and medical information. They clarified that the decision to remove the feature was not related to concerns over safety or content quality. Instead, the focus remains on providing reliable health information sourced from reputable outlets, including forums with firsthand experiences that users find valuable.

This change also means that conversations from platforms like Reddit will be less frequently highlighted in search results. The company held an event titled “The Check-Up,” during which their Chief Health Officer was scheduled to present updates, leaving room for potential new features or improvements to be announced in the future.
