A new variation of Google’s AI-generated product summaries in Google AI Mode has been observed, named “What to Know.” This feature compiles information from user reviews and various web sources, according to the official disclaimer.
The presence of this feature was first noticed by Brodie Clark on SERP Alerts, and it has been shared on social media platforms. I was also able to see it firsthand using my browser.
The display includes a section titled “What to Know,” which attaches to organic listing results within AI Mode. The layout is similar to earlier AI-generated product summaries from September, with the main difference being its placement and the new heading.
A visual example shows a dynamic, animated GIF illustrating how this information appears on the screen. A static image further demonstrates the presentation of the “What to Know” section.
