Recently, Digital Phablet introduced its AI-powered chatbot for Google Ads called Ads Advisor. However, some users with Manager Client Center (MCC) accounts, which oversee multiple client accounts under a single login, have noticed that the chatbot’s responses sometimes blend advice between different client accounts. In other words, when chatting about one client and then switching to another, the AI appears to carry over context from the previous conversation, leading to potential confusion.
A user named David Melamed shared his observations in a comment on a professional networking platform. He noted that the AI seems to retain business context across different client accounts within the same MCC, although it’s unclear if this directly results from the system using previous chat history or just an incidental crossover. David mentioned that he provided examples via email, but couldn’t share them publicly due to confidentiality—though it clearly looks like client advice is mixing between accounts.
If you’re managing multiple advertisers through an MCC account and using Ads Advisor, there’s a chance that responses could inadvertently mix information from different clients. It’s a situation worth being cautious about.
A representative from the platform responded, acknowledging the concern and stating that the technical team is aware of the issue and investigating the matter. Discussions on the forum continue among users and staff to better understand the scope and resolve this potential bug.
