Google is currently testing the integration of Ads Advisor into their “Contact Us” page for Google Ads support. Previously, Google used this feature for handling policy disapproval requests as well.
This update was identified by Thomas Eccel, who shared that Ads Advisor is now functioning as an AI support agent within a new “Contact Us” beta. A screenshot illustrating this new feature shows how the AI interacts with users, assisting in resolving issues such as policy violations.
While this development might streamline support and reduce workload for Google’s support teams, it could also lead to frustration among advertisers if the AI’s responses fall short or don’t fully address complex issues.
