The 16th FutureChina Global Forum will host over 600 international leaders from more than 20 countries to discuss crucial topics such as geopolitics, global trade, innovation, and the evolving relationship between Singapore and China.
Panels will analyze how shifting global geopolitical landscapes are influencing Southeast Asia and what strategies businesses can adopt to stay resilient. Additionally, the forum will examine the growing economic ties between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, the country’s changing policies, and the significant influence of artificial intelligence on various sectors.
Under the theme “The World in Flux: Challenges and Opportunities,” the event will include a keynote address from Singapore’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry. Other distinguished speakers are the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the founder of a major investment firm, and a prominent investment strategist. The event is scheduled for September 19 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore.
At the same time, the 6th Business China Youth Forum will focus on the critical role of young leaders in today’s dynamic world. Discussions will cover advancements in AI, humanoid robots, and digital entrepreneurship.
The forum will also feature the signing of memoranda of understanding with five of Singapore’s polytechnics, encouraging collaboration through internships and joint programs. It will culminate with the 12th Business China Awards, jointly organized with a leading local bank, to recognize contributions to Singapore-China relations.
