On April 10, 2023, SenseTime announced the launch of its latest multimodal fusion model, “SenseNova V6,” which boasts impressive capabilities, including a thinking chain length of up to 64K, mathematical analysis, deep multimodal reasoning, and global memory. This advanced model also offers the ability to infer from 10-minute videos, highlighted by its robust deep reasoning feature.
According to IT Home, the SenseNova initiative includes a comprehensive suite of models developed by SenseTime, encompassing natural language processing with the “SenseChat” model, image generation with “MiaoHua,” and a digital human video generation platform called “SenseAvatar.”
In April 2023, Xu Li, Chairman and CEO of SenseTime, unveiled the SenseNova model system. The model gained approval for public release in August of the same year. By May 29, 2024, SenseTime will officially launch a Cantonese version of the SenseNova model 5.0, and on January 20, 2025, the company plans to make the “SenseNova Fusion Model Interactive Version” available for commercial use.
