Having trouble with your 17-g121wm notebook PC and seeing an ACPI BIOS error? Here’s a simple way to fix it.
First, restart your computer. As it starts up, quickly press the ESC key. When the menu appears, press F10 to enter the BIOS settings.
Once you’re in the BIOS, look for the security menu. Inside, locate the option related to the TPM security device. Select this option and hide or disable the TPM security device. After making this change, be sure to save your settings. Usually, there will be a save option or you might just need to press a specific key, like F10, to save and exit.
After saving, let your PC restart. When it boots back into Windows, the ACPI BIOS error should be gone and you should be able to use your computer normally again. This quick change often resolves the issue without any hassle.
