Step 1: Head to the Memorial Mountains, specifically to the fast-travel point called Beside the Statue in the Old Florawish Memorial.
Step 2: Enter the memorial and start the quest with Kilo the Cadenceborn.
Step 3: You can now give Kilo your Dews of Inspiration. Reach level 2 by donating 30 Dews of Inspiration to unlock the Paper Crane's Flight dress.

Step 2: Equip the Floral Stroll shoes and talk to Narci again. For your efforts, you will receive the Breeze-Kissed Blooms hat sketch as a reward.
Inspiration from the Past: Camouflage
To commence this quest, approach Rosy on a sunny day near the trail to the Dream Warehouse in the northern region of Florawish. She will require you to find a skirt that matches the Faewish Sprites' skin color.
Step 1: Head to Marques Boutique in Florawish and purchase the Wishful Pact skirt for 18,200 Bling.

Located northeast of the Cicia Art Academy Field Base, seek out Mysti on a sunny day. She is searching for cheerful, luck-bringing socks.
Step 1: Make sure to complete the main quest that unlocks the Afternoon Shine ability outfit, which lets you catch bugs. If this is already completed, visit the crafting section and create the Little Luck socks using:
