The most sought-after is the Tulletail, which is found exclusively in one specific location in Miraland. Luckily, we’ve pinpointed where to find it so that your time can be spent enjoying fishing rather than searching.
We’ll guide you not only to the significant blue Tulletail but also on how to reel them in, allowing you to use them as crafting materials for your clothing designs. Here’s everything you need to know to seek out this legendary fish while accompanied by Nikki and Momo, your skilled fishing companions.
Location of the Tulletail Fish
Miraland offers numerous fish, but none compare to the rare and enormous Tulletail. This unique fish can only be caught at the Stellar Fishing Grounds.
At this beautiful location, the Tulletail can be found in the pond located north of the docks. While there are various fishing spots around the Stonetree area, this is the sole place where you can encounter it.
Tip: The Tulletail is the only fish sufficiently large to complete the Advanced Course for catching an 11.0 kg fish.
When you cast your line, you might need to reel in up to two different fish first. You’ll know the Tulletail is on your line when it puts up a significant fight, requiring more effort to catch than the others.
This fish is known for its quick stamina regeneration, so you will likely need to reel it in three separate times before you can finally lift it from the water. Unfortunately, you can catch the Tulletail just once per day, adding to its rarity.
Tip: If you unlock specific nodes in the Heart of Infinity, you can even collect essence from the Tulletail to create new clothing items from your design collection.
