The Acid Lab in GTA Online is a mobile drug lab located in the back of a modified Brickade 6×6 truck. It plays a crucial role in your operations if you’re looking to manufacture and distribute specific drugs. To gain access to the Acid Lab, you’ll need to finish all six First Dose missions, which will culminate in a final freeroam mission where you’ll steal necessary supplies to kickstart your drug business. Getting the Acid Lab up and running is a major part of the Los Santos Drug Wars update in GTA Online, and you’ll need to complete various tasks to collaborate with the Fooliganz. Here’s everything you need to know about acquiring the Acid Lab in GTA Online.
How to Access the GTA Online Acid Lab
To unlock the Acid Lab in GTA Online, you must complete the six First Dose missions from the Los Santos Drug Wars update. Here’s the list of missions:
- Welcome to the Troupe
- Designated Driver
- Fatal Incursion
- Uncontrolled Substance
- Make War not Love
- Off the Rails
The final First Dose mission requires you to steal the Brickade 6×6 truck and hide it at The Freakshop. Afterward, you need to carry out a freeroam mission, which involves going to a designated warehouse to grab the necessary equipment to turn the truck into the Acid Lab. Inside the warehouse, take out the guards, then use a forklift to load the gear onto the Flatbed truck. From there, you must drive it back to The Freakshop while fending off enemies along the way.
After you’ve secured the Acid Lab, talk to Mutt near the truck and pay a fee of GTA$750,000 to set up the lab. However, if you’re a GTA+ subscriber, this installation is free. Once the lab is ready, you also gain access to the Manchez Scout C motorcycle, which is perfect for transport during your selling missions.
Once up and running, the Acid Lab operates independently from any Motorcycle Club drug operations you might already own, allowing both to function simultaneously. To request supplies for the Acid Lab, you can either talk to Mutt at The Freakshop or call him directly. Each supply costs GTA$60,000, and you’ll need to restock three times for a full load unless you opt to upgrade your equipment first. The upgrade is priced at GTA$250,000, but it’s worth it, as it boosts the sale value of a complete supply from GTA$237,500 to GTA$335,200, making it quick to earn back that investment. Additionally, you’ll receive a high demand bonus when selling in public sessions, so consider if the extra potential profit outweighs the risks from other players who might interfere with your operations.
