Ghiza’s Wheel is a colossal weapon featured in Elden Ring. Similar to the Whirligig Saw from Bloodborne, this weapon boasts a distinctive skill that enables it to spin continuously, unleashing substantial damage on your foes.
To acquire Ghiza’s Wheel, you’ll need to make your way through the storyline until you reach the mid-point at Volcano Manor. Keep in mind that there is only one Wheel available per playthrough, and we’ll guide you through the process of finding it.
Location of Ghiza’s Wheel
To get your hands on Ghiza’s Wheel, you need to eliminate a phantom enemy named Inquisitor Ghiza found in Volcano Manor. To reach Volcano Manor, you’ll have to secure an invitation from Rya.
Start by speaking to Rya in the Liurnia of the Lakes region and retrieving her necklace. You’ll also need to collect both pieces of the Dectus Medallion to access the Altus Plateau, which can be done using the Grand Lift of Dectus. Alternatively, you can navigate through the Ruin-Strewn Precipice to reach the same area.
After you’ve collected the medallion pieces, go back and speak with Rya near the Grand Lift of Dectus. She will then guide you to Volcano Manor. Once there, chat with Tanith to join the manor and receive the Drawing Room Key.
An alternative method to access Volcano Manor is to get captured by the Abductor Virgin located at the bottom of the Raya Lucaria Academy. However, this route can be quite lengthy and challenging to navigate before reaching Tanith’s room.
Upon entering the Dining Hall on the first floor of Volcano Manor, you’ll be ambushed by the phantom Inquisitor Ghiza. This enemy primarily relies on physical attacks and is capable of inflicting bleed damage.
You can defeat Inquisitor Ghiza easily using ranged attacks or by sneaking up behind him for a critical hit. Once he is vanquished, he will drop Ghiza’s Wheel.

Best Build for Ghiza’s Wheel
Ghiza’s Wheel is particularly effective for Bleed Builds. For an optimal setup, focus on enhancing both Strength and Dexterity, while also investing in Vigor and Endurance.
For your shield, consider using the Jellyfish Shield to mitigate 100% of incoming physical attacks.
Varre’s White Mask is highly recommended to boost your attack power when enemies are affected by bleed.
For Talismans, we suggest the following:
- Millicent’s Prosthesis
- Rotten Winged Sword Insignia
- Lord of Blood’s Exultation
- Axe Talisman
Equipping these Talismans will enhance your special attack damage, granting up to a 20% increase in attack power when any enemies nearby are bleeding.
