Trophies and achievements in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 bring an added level of challenge for players keen on experiencing everything this engaging RPG has to offer. If you’re aiming to collect trophies, the last thing you want is to overlook one, which could force you to replay substantial portions of the game—or the entire game—and that’s certainly not ideal.
In this game, there are several trophies that you can miss, and one of them is the Old Raven trophy. Obtaining it requires you to take specific actions during a particular mission.

How to Unlock the Old Raven Trophy/Achievement
How to Find True Lord Nebakov
The Old Raven Trophy/Achievement involves finding True Lord Nebakov, which only occurs during the main quest titled Back in the Saddle.
While progressing through this quest, you will reach Nebakov Fortress. Once you gain entry and the objective prompts you to “Wait till Sir Hans’ Meeting Is Over,” you’ll need to act to earn the trophy/achievement.
A reminder: this trophy/achievement is missable.
In front of you, there will be a set of stairs. Ascend and take the path to your right. Ahead, you will find another staircase leading to the upper floor. Watch out for the nearby guards—consider throwing a rock to distract them for a smoother passage.
Upon entering, you’ll find a second door that requires lockpicking to access. Inside, there will be some keys on a table. Be sure to grab them before exiting the room.
Next, make your way to the ground level, where there’s a door directly below where you entered. Using the key you found, you can unlock and open it. Note that a guard will be standing next to the door.
If he spots you when you enter, he will attack, which we want to avoid. Instead, lure him away by heading to the door leading into the kitchen on the right. Use this opportunity to sneak behind the guard and attempt to lead him inside.
Once he’s distracted, quickly enter the jail and shut the door behind you. In the first cell to your right, talk to the prisoner. During your dialogue, make sure to choose the option “I’ll report to Lord von Bergow!“
This choice will not only enhance your reputation but will also unlock the Old Raven trophy/achievement.
