When battling Bertha in Pokemon BDSP, ensure you have at least one Grass-type Pokémon in your party, with Roserade standing out as the top choice.

Roserade is one of the strongest Grass-types available in Pokémon BDSP, boasting high speed and a powerful Giga Drain move. Pair Roserade with Azelf on your team, and victory will be within reach.

Your Pokémon should ideally be at level 50 or higher to effectively compete against Bertha’s team.

Since you’ll need Grass-types later on, it’s wise to hold off on using Roserade initially and start with the Legendary Psychic type, Azelf.

At the start of the battle, Bertha will send out a level 55 Quagsire, which can deal significant damage to your HP, followed by Whiscash, Sudowoodo, Golem, and Hippowdon.

It’s advisable to maximize your X Defense from the Battle Items pocket. However, if your Pokémon takes substantial damage, don’t hesitate to use a Hyper Potion to restore 120 HP. To enhance your Special Attack, utilize X Sp. Atk.

When it’s your turn, launch a Psychic attack to eliminate Bertha’s Pokémon and advance to your next Elite Four challenge.
