Feybreak Island is a significant addition to the game Palworld, offering players a wealth of new content to investigate. This location is quite isolated, meaning players must reach an advanced stage in the game to access it. Unique challenges await, including formidable Pals that demand fresh strategies for both befriending and battling. Collecting these new Pals allows players to expand their roster and experiment with various combinations and abilities.
The island is rich in resources and crafting materials not found elsewhere, giving players the opportunity to create superior equipment and enhance their bases. Successfully navigating the trials of Feybreak Island yields great rewards, increasing progress and providing additional resources and Pals. Only players with higher levels will be able to tackle the island’s challenges, and even reaching it requires a capable Pal. Once players arrive, they’ll discover the most exciting features of this update.
How to Prepare for Feybreak Island
Getting Ready for Feybreak
Exploring Feybreak Island in Palworld can be quite daunting, so being well-prepared is crucial. This island is approximately three times larger than Sakurajima Island, which means you’ll spend significantly more time exploring. Here, you’ll encounter the Feybreak Warriors, who are high-level opponents with aggressive tactics. Ideally, you should be at least level 45 before attempting to visit Feybreak, but reaching the maximum level of 60 will give you the best chance of survival.
Make sure to bring well-trained Pals with diverse skills to face these challenging enemies, as a mixed team is essential for success in battles. Pack an ample supply of healing items and crafting materials, and ensure your Pals are adequately leveled and prepared. Plan for an extended stay, since exploration will consume a lot of time and resources, such as chromite. Additionally, since the turrets are a threat to flying Pals, it’s wise to include some ground types that you can ride.
The Best Way to Reach Feybreak Island
The Route to Feybreak Island
To reach Feybreak Island in Palworld safely, it’s crucial to navigate around the island’s anti-air defenses. While flying might seem faster, turrets positioned on the island can quickly target flying Pals within a 500-meter radius. However, flying is still an option. I recommend taking off from Fisherman’s Point (-482, -748) located in the southeast of Mount Obsidian, which provides a smooth route. If you keep your flying Pal low to the water, you’ll avoid turret attacks.
Interestingly, you can still utilize your flying Pal once you arrive at Feybreak Island, even without destroying the turrets. The turrets activate only when your Pal rises too high, so be cautious; staying airborne for too long can lead to instant defeat. Once you arrive, dismount from your flying Pal immediately.
It’s advisable to fly low to avoid turrets while conserving stamina. Use the sprint button to shorten your travel time.
Alternatively, you can opt for a swimming Pal, but swimming will take considerably longer than flying. Regardless, starting your journey from Fisherman’s Point and heading southwest is the best approach. As you get close, look for the orange glow of the Scorched Ashland fast travel point on the north coast of Feybreak Island. Be sure to activate this fast travel point upon arrival so you can quickly return to Palworld’s Feybreak Island when necessary.
