On Feybreak Island in Palworld, you’ll discover various nocturnal pals. Starryon is frequently seen wandering the forests at night. Its rapid movements can catch you by surprise, so a bit of preparation will help you capture it more easily.
Starryon can cause temporary blindness with its attacks, making it tougher to see your surroundings. With strong attack and defense stats, capturing Starryon can be an asset in battles against powerful foes. Plus, if you equip a saddle, you can ride Starryon during nighttime adventures.
How to Find Starryon
You can find Starryon in the forest areas of Feybreak, but it only shows up at night. Look for it around the Scorched Hill or Frozen Coral Hill. Scorched Hill is more accessible since the Coral Hill region is harsher due to its cold climate and high-level pals.
How to Catch Starryon
Starryon is a quick pal, appearing only at night, identifiable by its glowing purple mane. It can create blindness with its attacks, and its unpredictable movements make it tricky to catch.
It’s best to use ranged attacks to inflict damage from a safe distance, as this can also harm nearby enemies.
You can use Ultimate Spheres to catch Starryon, but you’ll have a higher success rate with Exotic Spheres. This approach saves resources by avoiding the use of low-level spheres.
Since Starryon is classified as a Dark Pal, bring along a Dragon Pal to assist in capturing it. Consider using Jetdragon, Orserk, or Ephidran in your team.
Choose weapons with about 1,000 Attack to gradually reduce its health without overwhelming it. The Meowmere or Assault Rifle can deal just enough damage for an easier catch with your sphere.

With high attack stats, Starryon can serve as a key attacker for your team. Its respectable defense also makes it capable of defending against powerful bosses. Once you craft Starryon’s Saddle, you can ride this pal. Its special ability lets it move quicker at night, creating great opportunities for evening rides.
However, keep in mind that Starryon isn’t the best choice for base assignments, given its only moderate suitability for gathering tasks. There are other pals better suited for those roles.
